PM:Wroth film buffs I'm trying to think of the name of a film

I think it was from the 80's or 90's. It was a court room film - but maybe with the military (but I don't think it was A Few Good Men) I remember the one of the later scenes being a fax machine revealing the baddie. Any thoughts?
