3rd rate service
I agree with you Tokyo Bill, I feel disappointed and slightly cheated with what's been served up by ifollow.
For your information the first game v Fulham wasn't shown as it was being streamed overseas, so I watched it on a dodgy link.
Of the 2 home games so far 1 had no commentary but the other had commentary and replays, I can't remember which one was which.
No commentary or replays for Aston Villa match.
They did show the Brighton friendly match with commentary but I noticed there was no score or match timer so I emailed ifollow and suggested they add them. They thanked me for my feedback, but have since done nothing about it.
I also emailed them again when there was no commentary and they advised me that it's the clubs responsibility to provide this.
So I emailed the club but they never replied.
I don't understand why there's no commentary when it's being sold to uk residents as a separate package.
The camera work is amateurish I agree, but we've been spoilt by Sky and BBC standards of coverage.
Maybe more people need to raise the issues before someone will take notice, feel like I've done as much as I can.
That being said even though it's not brilliant I've accepted it now, better than nothing, but still can't help feeling that once again it's the fans that end up getting shafted.
