The manager, his staff, scouts etc when it all goes tits up (breaking point October I reckon when we'll be about 9 points adrift) we'll also have to bin the Director of Football who clearly cost a lot to recruit but is an arrogant bell whiff one trick pony. Ok mate, Man City lent you some players, so what? You put all your chips on the'new philosophy' and picked this coach from no doubt 20+ applicants or targets.

2 lads from Germany. Farke might have been behind these, showing his total lack of knowledge of English football with the only two 6'4" centre halfs who can't head a ball.

Some s**t relegated centre mid who gets in the way of the 2x attacking midfielders who have to adapt their game to fit around him.

A league 2 centre half we've loaned back to their team as a favour for 6 months.
No real striking options or depth due to extremist use of one striker at all times.
The only supposed candidate for Captain is the journeyman right back whose legs went in 2012 and decided he was a centre back to prolong his career.

Last time I'll say it; we need a manager who can put a team out to play to his available players strengths. Not put a philosophy out and shoehorn people to it.

Take today's game. Millwall under Harris are 442 and direct.

We struggle to defend so maybe 3 centre halfs with a tall Def mid like tettey in front? He played ok in midweek, so is ready to go.
Or, play 4 at the back, with the diminutive DM in front.

This is basic stuff. You can stick your philosophy up your f**king hole Webber, anyone can see this is going to end in league 1.
