Totally disagree.

If the club want the fans to 'be apart of it' and to play their part/cheer etc - not to metion spend money etc, at the end of the day they are paying customers of the business. If they receive poor service then i think they are justified in letting their feelings known. We go for the emotions football brings but you cant have the joy without the sorrow
