I don;t want him to be a Lambert. Lambert's only skill (and it was vital at the time) was

to sign players with mental toughness, and then keep them motivated. Webber and Farke need to do that, but I'd like to see a coach who improved his players. And I think that's what Farke wants to be. I'm prepared to give him time, and to lay most of the blame for the shambles of these last two league games at the doors of the players.
