Totally late to the top 10 filum party

1. The Elephant man. Unless you have a heart of stone, you will have your eyes slightly water

2. Biggles. OK, so you need to suspend disbelief at time travelling James Bigglesworth, but the plane scenes are great!

3. Layer Cake. Great sound track. Best Daniel Craig film IMHO.

4. Ghostbusters. One of the classic 80's comedies. They don't make them like that anymore

5. Full Metal Jacket - Too be honest, a top ten could be made up of Kubrick films.

6. Being John Malkovich. Already mentioned. Totally off it's trolley film.

7. Happiness. Not for the easily offended. Philip Seymour Hoffman as a shy pervert worth particular mention.

8. 2001. Is it about the assentation of man? A connection of the past to the future?

9. The Shining. (OK so, I like Kubrick!). References to the faking of Apollo moon missions let the conspiracy side of me enjoy this.

10. The Prestige. Staring Norwich City fan Hugh Jackman!
