I'd never have got into it if it were like this previously - far too predictable
even my mrs, who only has a passing interest, predicted nearly everything that happened, which is a sure sign it's gone the way of hollywood fantasy.
GoT back in the day would've had more key personnel dying among other things. Why the hell have they had to rush it so much? I know the Martin hasn't finished it, but why try and cram another 4-5 series-worth into two short series?
Also, who the f**k was it that got swept off the rock into the swarm of the dead or am I imagining that?
I thought Beric had got done first and then Gendry til I remembered he'd legged it
