We stayed at a hoaunted guest house in scotland.

Whole place was a bit creepy - but these big old houses on the coast on the Isle of Bute tend to have this creepy aura.

We didn't know it was haunted before we went, but on our last night, I felt Ms AB tense up in the middle of the night - completely rigid, arms legs back everything. I, typical bloke, just turned over and went back to sleep. Next morning she tells me that she saw an old woman sitting on the bed next to ours (twin room), and as she started to focus on the figure, it just sort of drifted away.

Mentioned it the next day to the owner and he goes, "Oh yes that would have been old Mrs McNessiehaggis [I can't remember], she often appears in that suite."

V. unsettling.

Not that I beleive in that sort of nonsense y'understand.
