should be really easy.

The trick is to set up a bullet proof VPN with a fixed IP address. (don't used shared or popular VPNs as they can block IP ranges)

Also use a clean set up (clean USA set browser)
A tablet or device that only hooks up via the VPN.
Don't use it for others stuff and browsing.
You can buy one for very little money these days so an easy investment.
