... more effectively then one ever could with words, the total f**king waste of resource our style of football was when we had Ashton.

Couple of quick passes into feet, quick touches, pass ball into Ashton's feet on the edge of the box, turn, make space, bang, right on target. Shame he scuffed it, and that it was down the keeper's throat all the way, but he'd done 75% of the hard word, just had to put the finish on it, and anyone with any grey matter at all who has seen him knows that he knows how to finish a ball.

Compare and contrast with just about every single game he played for us this season where he was receiving the ball at head height ten to fifteen yards further from goal.

Three minutes was all it took. Turned over and watched f**king EastEnders in disgust after that. Knew he'd score though.
