If the anti smoking brigade really gave a f**k about reducing the amount of smoke in the atmosphere they would encourage and help smokers to give up.
No whinge at them like the moaning types they are.

So why don't you encourage and support NHS messures to help people to stop smoking if you feel so strongly about it?
