Yeah, I've always hated the idea of 9-5 ...

... but I want my evenings back so I can play football, go to the theatre or cinema, things on at the university, etc. I *hate* getting up early (anytime before 9, and especially 8.30, just doesn't work) but I'll get used to it.

My plan is to take an office job that pays ?8 p/hr (perhaps a touch more), work for six months while I find out if I get funding for my course and go from there. Once I've clawed back some debt I might go back to less hours.
