iFollow

I was a Canaries Player subscriber and that subscription has been carried over to being an iFollow subscription for audio commentary; problem is, I am struggling to work out where I'm able to do that! When I click on 'Matches' and then 'Live on iFollow' by that match, it just sends me to a page asking what package I want to sign up to! And yes 1. I am logged in and 2. when I check my account it states I have the subscription. Utterly confused. Anyone able to shed any light?
