I wouldn't stay more than a couple of nights there. Beach isn't very big. I can remember going here for drinks and there are some restaurants on that street (It's the main street and you could walk it in 5 mins):

My tip is to hire a car and stay in a few different places around the island. I've some tips about where to stay if you want them.
