I think if it was Eaton Park, I'd give it a miss and go to the footy.
Watching bands outside in a big crowd doesn't really appeal anymore. If however it was a small, intimate venue (sitting down!) and I had tickets for it, then my 100% hardcoreness would be tested.
Last summer, when I went to hear him at the book festival, NC were playing Bristol City that evening. I kept the RN comms on for as long as I could. I'd most likely be doing the same a this intimate gig.
