Spotify have got the "multiple logins on one account" thing sewn up pretty tight.

I'm not aware of anyone finding a way around it. And I know they make (some of) their software open source (I use Spotify's Luigi technology in the project I run at work, is how I know that), so it would not surprise me at all if this outfit have also made the multiple-logins-one-account pretty impossible.

So, no details, no specific knowledge, but a bit of a hunch.
