He is only 22. He might become a full England international. MIGHT.

But nothing I've seen from him so far suggests that he's THAT good. Needs to work on the defensive side of his game. His final ball/decision making is very inconsistent. So he's got a lot to work on. He could become great. Or just be decent, with the occasional flash.

But he's a local lad, I love him, and he is clearly a talented boy. I'd expect him to do well for us if he stays this year at a lower level. But there is a distinct possibility that he joins Newcastle and fails to make any kind of impact.

All in all, if he wants to leave, and we get more than £10m for him, then that's super business for us I would say. I'll wish him the best of luck and hope he goes and does really well.
