If i were manager of this club right now
I'd mark all our squad as 'Available' (apart from Wes and Prichy) and then instruct my scouts to find players meeting the criteria as follows:
First Team Quality
Pacey
Potential
Strong
Technically Gifted
I'd then sign all the ones I could afford regardless of whether I'd heard of them. Trust me, this works.
