i often here people now saying that we could make the play off's next year with a new manager.

Play offs? since when did that become acceptable? I want automatic promotion and i don't think that that is asking too much. Hell, Reading and Sheffield United look like they are going to manage it and they, Sheffield United are nothing special at all.
