Just watched the George Best doc from the other night.

2 things..

1. Even now his ex-wife dismisses it as a disease and is adamant it was always a choice. No wonder he couldn't beat it. (Appreciate times have changed though)

2. I often think those that fall into the category of "genius" in sport/music are wired differently which both puts them above their peers and leaves them vulnerable to self destruction.
