It can be used on its own: Kommst du Morgen? Sicher.
I haven't watched the video yet, does that fit?
Why do my colleagues in Mumbai use even instead of too or also, eg earlier today when I said I was going to watch the test match the reply was Even I, meaning me too. I have noticed this usage with a few people there and assume it is similarly related to the mother tongue.
My own experience in the other direction was using wieso (why) instead of wie (how). Not often, just a slip of the tongue really, but I am sure there are other constructions by which Germans could have spotted me as a Brit.
