Lack of ruthlessness around the club. Always has been (apart from Mcnally's early days)

The board are more worried about protecting the family club image rather than anything else.

Martin hasn't good enough to be the first choice right back for a couple of seasons (and pinto can't defend so what does that say about Martin) and has never been good enough to be a first choice centre back.
