Hull's "dubious" tactics

Just what are Hull up to? Listening to Radio Norfolk, during the corner after they scored Adams said, that their scorer was making it difficult for Donkerty to mark him by running around and keep moving. I mean, just what rule book do Hull get their tactics from? It's just not fair so I quote from the rule book that Nigel keeps at Colney:

Corner (also know as Statues). ?at a corner everyone except the player taking the corner must keep still, only when the ball is in the box can any player move.? The referee will tap any moving player on the shoulder and they are then ?out?.
