Bet on any Jockey wearing a green and yellow kit. If the odds are long ,then go each way but if they're short then go for a win.

The only exception I have to this rule is that if Frankie is riding, as Newmarket is his home and he does very well there, a cheeky side bet is in order.

I've been to Newmarket several times and always followed this rule. I have never come away with less stake money than I went in with.

You'll spend enough money on food and drink, it's fecking expensive, but the beer is Adnams, which is nice.
