Well it doesn't really do anyone much good does it

Slight boost for labour I suppose but basically leaves us in limbo at a time when need to be decisive.

I suppose with my optimists hat on it could bring about some balance to the Brexit negotiations which may see us end up with a softer exit but really nobody has a mandate for anything so as I say it feels a mess.
