Is anyone familiar with proxy voting re Companies Act 2006?
The act states 'On a vote on a resolution on a show of hands at a meeting, every proxy present who has been duly appointed by one or more members entitled to vote on the resolution has one vote.'
My question therefore, if each member has 1 vote and 3 members nominate the same person as their proxy, does that persons vote count for 4 votes (including their own) or just 1?

- You need to check the company's articles first. (General Chat) - TrowseCanary, Jun 8, 22:03:06
