Naylor Report.............. .

May said in an interview that the Tories would give £10bn extra for the NHS and follow the Naylor report.

Few people seem to have noticed what's in the Naylor report. It says the £10bn is to be used to encourage the NHS to sell-off its buildings and land. It says NHS hospitals etc. can be refused capital funding if they refuse to do so.

It also say that NHS trusts are currently charged 3.5% tax on land and buildings they own and the tax could be raised to help encourage the NHS to sell-off buildings and land. Raising the tax would mean less money to care for patients.

Should £10bn of taxpayers money be used to encourage the NHS to sell-off buildings and land owned by the NHS?
