Sure, the tories are promising a cap on immigration (which they're been promising for years and failed to deliver) and labour certainly are offering a much larger remit on immigration numbers - so mich so that the right are accusing labour of having an open door policy, which would probably help persuade labour/leaver's to vote tory.
