well he thinks part of the reason we've struggled

is the fact we were relegated which affected the player's confidence and they can't adjust. he was quite happy to quote how many teams have bounced straight back after being relegated which I thought was out of order as that's just a cop out and ignores the real issues. we were capable of building a decent side as weren't raped liked leeds and leicester have been in recent years.
