Darren Huckerby was the catalyst that drove us to the Premiership, and was solid when he was there too.

Premiership teams were marking him like crazy, some teams even had 2/3 players on him. Infact, he cut the effectiveness of some teams defense by half. He got the attention and kept the attention of 2 defenders almost all game in some instance. WHY THE FUCK we didn't sign an Ashton at the start of the season to exploit this, is a mystery. Ashton (or whoever) would have had space galore, in fact i find this the main reason that Francis shined. This still pisses me off.

Hucks couldn't "do it" like he did it in his first season for us in the Premier. He could only do so much, but I feel that Hucks is still thinking that way when he's playing against defenses that he is capable of RIPPING APART! The head drops and that's the end of that.

Huckerby is my favorite Norwich City player, and seeing his confidence that, to be fair, Worthers gave him back - being snatched away from him again... It really really gets to me.

I feel that Huckerby has bore the brunt of many-a-rant of the fans this season that should be directed at THE WHOLE SET-UP and not just Darren Huckerby.
