I should point out that I'm not having a dig at Charlton.

I rate Charlton, or at least, I think he's been a good player when used appropriately. I know he's not flavour of the moth with a lot on here, but I like him. What I don't like is Worthington trying to play him as a right-back (i.e. against Blackburn, with Morten Gamst Pedersen taking the piss out of him for 90 minutes) or as a holding midfielder.
