Wouldn't want to tarnish our memories of him with what seems to be the rather grim current version. He just had a 'perfect storm' here before where everything meshed. Was probably aided by being able to start in League One and fairly easily build up a bit of momentum that ended up carrying us right through (if he'd taken over when Gunn did, say, I suspect he'd have been just another Peter Grant). But to be honest even he probably doesn't know how and he'll never recreate it (just like Worthy was never able to recreate the 2001-4 version of City)
