Personally I agree to an extent, If we had of had 2-3 streetwise players who done the

horrible part of the game we would been much nearer promotion, but I think the reason we have done it is to prevent those mass exodus of staff members every time a manager leaves, maybe this way there is more stability if say the head coach leaves.
