But if you read my post, my point was that this is the only experience the vast majority of people that attend Carrow Road have of the man. So given one of the key objectives of this person is to get the crowd on board, I think that would be harder for him as if we get off to a shaky start next season (which is possible given the overhaul) patience that might be there for others will not be there.

However, if he really is the best manager for the job then of course we should go for him.
