cant give too much away,

but have recieved many a business awards.

My advice to u,

Firstly dont worry about starting the business go for it!!

right, now start worrying,

Only start a business you have previous experience in otherwise you a wasting your time.

Draw a business plan, this can take weeks (non stop) go to bank, i recomend natwest, barclays are hopeless and a rejection can knock you bad at this point.

Know your product
Know your customer and what he wants
understand all figures and pay an acontant to to cashflow from your business plan info (cst ?300 tops)

take this with u too the bank.

offer staff small incentives from the start

Tell your wife u r going to be busy for 3 years and u need her full sopport.

stay on for 2 hours everynite after work for 3 months, u will be ahead of your competitors by far the next day, they will be complacent, not ready for your rapid expansion untill its too late for them

I could talk for hours and hours on this subject

dont waste money on top end cars like i have done in the past.
