There are many paying customers who would rather vent their spleen at any given

opportunity than support the team. We all know them, we sit near at least one of them. Yes, these fans have a detrimental effect on the team - unfortunately these angry people who shout loudest get heard more often.

As someone with some team sports experience, I would have thought that you would have understood more what being a 'good' team involves.
