You could argue we've done remarkably well since we just appear to chuck 11 players on the pitch and hope their ability is enough.

We have had zero added value from our management or coaching staff for at least two seasons now in my view, arguably more. If we get a manager who can drill the defence and make us a threat from set peices it will be worth quite a few points to us next season.
