Yesterday so clearly outlined our problems this season....

Fulham have a coach who has an identity which all his players buy into they know their jobs, they're fit, they're disciplined and they're hungry.

Are they more talented than us?, I don't think so... this has been our problem since Lambert left.

My article below is a perfect illustration of why having a man with a plan people can buy into and believe in is vital.

I threw plenty of stick in the direction of he board recently we have to credit them with knowing what was wrong and being prepared to accept they don't have the answers. Exciting summer ahead, I'm looking forward to August but I won't be watching us again this season, yesterday was enough I'd rather spend my wkend with the family.
