Went there in pre-season last summer for a friendly vs Wigan (they lost 3-4, 1,717 att)
Uwe Rösler took over the next day. They've got one decent looking modern stand, but yeah little terraces & basic standards elsewhere. Nice little park next door and plenty of pub options though. Plus a lovely beach to walk along. No real difference to other small clubs that've come up for a season or two over the years, surely though?
