People forget they made amps before they made guitars. Just perfect for people like me (the most gainy I ever really get is "crunch" so no Mesa Triple Rectifier nonsense required - but they take pedals so well that you could probably stack a tube screamer behind a drive or fuzz if you wanted to go there; meanwhile those lovely cleans with bags of headroom, man...).
