I refused to do it after witnessing the treatment of others. We were eligible but I would go hungry or make a (very thinly) spread jam or peanut butter sandwich for my lunch rather than stand in the queue to get the free dinners.

Free for all. Education should also be free for all including university. No means testing for anything connected with education. It will all earn itself back believe me.
