John Bond

I know he's a joke personality and all that but he is the manager who:

a) made us an established top flight team
b) started our reputation for playing attractive football
c) started the youth policy

Without him the success we achieved in the 80s and 90s would probably never have happened - he had the Big Ideas for moving the club forwards that no-one has matched since.
