Depends how it's structured.
I know a couple of companies here in Brisbane who do 4 day weeks now. Basically you can choose to do longer hours during those 4 days to make up for the 5th day of pay. Or you can just work normal hours and give up the 5th day of pay, or you can just work a 5day week. It's up to you.
