rolling contract vs 12 month rolling contract - different things
What you're referring to is a rolling contract with a 12 month notice period.
The article referred to a 12 month rolling contract which ordinarily means that at the end of the initial 12 month period it automatically renews for the same length of time.
Whether the news release, when referring to a 12 month rolling contract, meant the first option or the second option is another matter entirely.
