I like what I hear about him... of course it's a gamble but
who isn't?, his passion is there for all to see and clearly knows how to get the most out of resources.
I also like the looking for players who see the "Gas" as a step up, this is where we have lost our way for some time now.
The Sporting Director is arguably more important than the coach as they will in effect choose the coach, outlive the coach and be responsible for the players inbound.
I am genuinely excited about the new structure, credit to the board (I have been a fierce critic) they have understood the problems and their limitations and sought to address them.
Now comes the easy part... getting the right man!
