Personally, I never use the swear or scum filters or the ignore list...

...or filter the board by any of the five categories. I just take the whole board as it comes, in all it's 'glory' with all it's 'glorious' contributors, so for me they are redundant, BUT I do appreciate others use them as their time is more precious, so don't look kindly on violations.
