RH vs AC...
Playing wise AC had a much better career with much bigger clubs.
Managing wise RH has been in the game far longer & had a far more varied scope of club & league types & has also kept himself active in the game.
In terms of directly relatable/relevant to us, you could say AC shades it as he's got Charlton promoted from the 2nd tier twice (playoffs 97/98 & winners 99/00).
