A couple of things confuse me

If Mr & Mrs Wynn-Jones are so experienced at running a football club, how come that didn't know what the correct structure for running a football club was.
And what does it mean that Moxey didn't "get" Norwich. I know what the words mean, but in reality what was it that he didn't "get"?
