Fucked up governance structure with no CEO
There will be a CEO equivalent in duties if not title.
No idea why people are so het up about the CEO title, it's the role and responsibilities that matter, not what you call them. Someone will be fulfilling that role now, and will be doing so in the new structure. We may fiddle about with scope of responsibilities etc and delegate areas of responsibilities to a different director, but that's about it.
