And won the LMA manager of the year with Newcastle, so he's clearly not rubbish.

Saying that, doesn't look like his reign at Southampton, Charlton, Newcastle or Palace ended well.

I'd still prefer Roy. His club record is superb, Liverpool aside I guess.
